After twenty-four years with a competing brokerage house, Kathe aligned himself with Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty in 2023 because it offers more tools, resources and exposure for her clients and their listings.  She is often recruited to join other companies with offers of financial incentives, but she believes Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty gives her clients a better opportunity to achieve their goals, which is her paramount concern.
